Eldora "Nancy" H. Williams of Tampa passed away Wednesday, June 5,
2019. Funeral services will be conducted Saturday, June 15 at 11:00
a.m. at First Baptist Church of Port Tampa, 8306 Interbay Boulevard,
with Bishop Ronald J. Anderson, officiating. Interment will follow in
Rest Haven Memorial Park Cemetery.
Ms. Williams was a native of Port Tampa,
Florida and was educated in the public schools of Hillsborough County.
She retired from the School District of Hillsborough County, from T. R.
Robinson High School. Mother Nancy was a member of Emmanuel Tabernacle
Church, Port Tampa.
She was preceded in death by: her parents,
Irvin Harris and Marie Elder; son, Charles E. Williams; daughter,
Delores A. Lovett; brothers, Ervin Harris, Jr., Lerome Harris and Noah
Harris; and sister, Louvenia H. Florence.
She leaves to cherish her memory:
daughters, Deborah J. Caldwell, Sandra Felisha Upshaw (Nelson), Sandra
Faye Harden (Lomard), Denise Benson, Charlene Wright, Shirley Williams
and Patsy Foster; sons, Dennis Harris and Glenn Williams; son-in-law,
Derrick Lovett, Sr.; grandchildren, Ernest Howard, Lerome Howard, Twanda
George (Corey), Jayson Upshaw, Israel Howard, III, Angela Lang (John),
Vickie Benson, Charnese Williams, Tiffeny Zlu (Bernard), Katrina Abreu (Uriel),
Timothy Williams, Steven Wright, Tavish Williams (Brittany), Shauntel
Harris, Demarcus Poole, Rayquel Long, Derrick Lovett, Jr., Darius
Lovett, Shakira Nelson, and Cameron Williams; 46 great grandchildren; 6
great great grandchildren; sister, Flora Harris; a host of nephews,
nieces, cousins, special friend, Mamie Dawson and her church family.
remains will repose after 5 p.m. Friday, June 14 at Ray Williams Funeral
Home, 301 N. Howard Avenue.
