Vanessa Gallmon of Tampa passed away Friday, September 6, 2019.
Funeral services will be conducted Wednesday, September 18, at 11:00
a.m. at Ray Williams Memorial Chapel, 301 N. Howard Avenue with Minister
Ms. Vanessa Gallmon was a
native and lifelong resident of Tampa, Florida, where she was educated
in the public schools of Hillsborough County.
She was preceded in death
by: her parents, James T. Gallmon and Mamie Hood Gallmon; brothers,
Felix Gallmon and Steve Gallmon.
She leaves to cherish her
memory: siblings, Lucinda Hood, Marteel Hood-Smith, Theresa Gallmon,
James Gallmon and Terry Williams (Clarence); uncle, Floyd Youman;
nieces, Monique Hughes (Corneilus), Jamesha Gallmon and NeAnni Gallmon;
nephews, Kareem Hunter, Anthony Hill, James Gallmon, Jr., Terrance
Gallmon, Jamar Gallmon, and Clarence Williams, Jr.; and a host of other
nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Special mentions to
Eckerd Allen, and Ophera Robinson.
The remains will repose from 9 a.m. until
service time (11:00 a.m.) Wednesday morning at Ray Williams Funeral
