Monsita Theresa Whitmore was born in Tampa, FL on December 1, 1961 to
the late Velma Douglas. As a child she was a member of Friendship
Missionary Baptist Church in Tampa and attended several Hillsborough

where she excelled in academics and was a member of the Chiefettes Dance

on to higher education at Florida State University in Tallahassee, FL.
Upon her return to Tampa, her love of pets graced her with employment at

in the Tampa Bay area, including GTE. Her loving spirit soared
