Minnie Williams of Tampa passed away, Thursday, February 8, 2018.
Mrs. Minnie Williams was born April 22, 1941 in Newton, Georgia to Mr.
Robert Sims and Mrs. Annie Lou Smith Sims. At a young age her family
relocated to Tampa, Florida and she was educated in the Public Schools
of Hillsborough County. She was a graduate of Howard W. Blake Adult
Mrs. Williams enjoyed a career as a School Bus Driver for the School
District of Hillsborough County where she faithfully and safely
transported the children of Hillsborough County.
She was preceded in death by her parents.
She leaves to cherish her memory: three children; daughters, Jacqulyn
Boyd (Cliff) and Malany Williams (Joseph Limehouse); and son, Andre
Williams; grandchildren, Tara Daniels and Dana Williams; seven great
grandchildren, Nicholas Daniels Jr., Dominique Williams, Cameron
Williams, Caleb Daniels, Jaylnn Williams, Aubreanna Williams and Dana
Williams II; two sisters, Launtry Wilson and Bernice McCloud, nephew,
Jack Riley; niece, Nicole McCloud (Keith); friends, Elaine Williams; and
a host of other loving relatives and friends to include the School
District of Hillsborough County Transportation Department.
The remains will repose and the family will receive friends, Friday,
February 16 from 4 to 6 p.m. at Ray Williams Funeral Home, 301 N. Howard
